ABOUT FERG'S EVENTS
DJ/VJ Ant, a Tampa Bay native, is one of the few music video DJs in the area. He started in 1985 as a guest DJ at teen club called Skyfeathers. During the late 80s and 90s, he worked at clubs such as Empire, The Edge, Fly Trap, Rapture, Red Star, Revolution, The Masquerade, and The Castle.
In Atlanta, he kicked off Heels & Whips, an underground fetish club. He was co-founder of and original resident DJ for the hugely successful Club Fetish at The Masquerade; this in turn led to the opening of The Chamber. A past resident DJ at 688, Future, the Mark, the Glenn, and the Shelter, he has also worked at Jungle, Spring4th, Aurum, and Dragon Con - The world's largest Sci-Fi / fantasy convention (1992, 2004, 2009, 2010, 2011).
After 20 years in Atlanta, DJ/VJ Ant returned to Tampa in 2020. Currently holding a 3 year residency in The Catacombs at SpookEasy Lounge.
